Simply call our office or fax the information with the referral, patient’s name, phone number and prescribed orthotic or prosthetic need and we take it form there. No other orthotics and prosthetics company makes services this convenient.
At EVOP, the patient comes first. Because many patients are not able to ambulate, drive or get a ride to their appointments, we go direclty to them. An EVOP employee personally contacts your patient to schedule a convenient fitting time. During the appointment, we providing fitting and care services within their home environment.
